The wine cellar of Art Hotel Villa Fiorella and gourmet restaurant Terrazza Fiorella offers a selection of about 600 labels divided between the most important Italian and foreign wine regions. Among the Italian regions, Campania has a considerable space in our cellar, and its typical grapes such as Fiano, Falanghina, Greco and Aglianico are present with their wines and with the most significant expressions of the
producers of this region. Even the cuisine of the Terrazza Fiorella restaurant, although elaborated and revisited, is certainly related to tradition and to the territory, but at the same time open to contamination and innovation, therefore also the wine list opens up to an extra-regional and international choice.
However, there is also a special section for the wine excellences of other Italian or foreign regions. For example, an important choice comes from Piedmont and Tuscany, ad also from other renowned oenological countries such as France, Germany, Spain, New Zealand and so on. The cellar holds about 3,000 bottles, all stored in the best conditions to preserve them over time and increase their value. It is not a coincidence that in the cellar there are bottles belonging to historical verticals with wines that in some cases reach up to the 1980s. Every day our sommelier Tiziano Imperato is at work to select new wines to suggest our guests during dinner or at any time of day. It is possible to book wine tastings through guided sensory itineraries to discover regional, Italian and international wines.
